At Kavi, every piece is crafted in limited numbers with careful attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied:

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Due to the limited nature of our collections, we currently offer exchange or store credit only (no refunds).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 7 business days.
